Although listed by the American Translators Association as an institution offering translation courses, this is limited to a certificate in literary translation. The College of Arts and Sciences, however, offers a BA, MA, and PhD in Germanic Studies:

MASSACHUSETTS

The university also runs the UMass Translation Center offering a graduate program in translation studies:
